2011 Recap

My last post was 25th Nov 2010, really paisheh . Today we have enter to 01012012, would like to have a quick recap of what happen to me in 2011. Alot of great things, first time experience, first time archievements, great career and great vacations in 2011.

What you can see above was my 1st 21KM Penang Marathon Run (Half Marathon). It was organized by Allianz and one of the sponsor was DiGi. Alot people told me that is impossible for me to complete the 21km run without practice. But i told myself that nothing is impossible if we "atleast" try. Yup, i managed to complete the run within time and is a great motivation and archievement for myself. Lesson learn? Yes, trust yourself, give it a try, never give up and ignore the negative comments. Thanks to DiGi to organize 40 buses & accomodations for DiGizen to take part on it, without this momentum i think i will not think of participate at all.

Also took parts in one of Operations yearly event. Team Building. Extremly nice but tough. Is not as simple as you thought. Not class room activity but hardcore activity. Held at Awana Genting. Food & Accomodations is superb. Eat until you can vomit. But when come to games, is as hard as running up hills, cross obstacles and make sure your whole team is with you. Lesson learn? Yes, Continue and never give up. Team Work is very important.

Great Vacation to Hong Kong & Macau with family members.Exciting trip but too hot :) If can choose again, dont go during summer time...Worse than Malaysia. Anyway, is great to be with my family. Macau food is cheap and extremly nice. Don't mention about the seafood, fantastic!!! But food in HK is abit costly. If HK Hotel Rooms can be "abit" BIGGER..It will be damn good!!! hahahah... Lesson learn? Yes, Don't forget about your parent while you enjoying with your love one. They deserved for a great vacations as well. If you have budget issues, i think will be nice if atleast you bring your parent to "Cuti -Cuti Malaysia".

Don't forget about your close friend as well. Is nice to have a small gathering with your best friend during their birthday. We have a great makan makan at thai restaurant. Can't remember why our other "buddy" can't join us at that time..Lesson Learn? Yes, shared happiness and hard time flies :)

Have been with WoW&IS under Kevin Khoo for almost 18months and i have a great time under this sections. Have learned alot of things and enjoy the great moment with colleague. Every quater we will have our team outings and twice makan makan was organized by me. If you ask me to organized, sure will be Sunway Chicken Hartz Buffet. Cheap, Full & Plenty of time to chat. Heheheh, but my team have "warn" me that no more Chicken Hartz for next outing..hahahahha. Lesson Learn? Yes, If you want something, just take lead and organized it the way you want :) E.g Chicken Hartz. If you don't dare to take lead, just say thank you to organizer for the full tummy :)

Big Day

Today is one of our big day....Our wedding dinner 11th Sep 2011 (911) @ IOI Mall Dynasty Dragon. Now is 1.46pm, few hours more to go and im a bit nervous. Both my family and joan family also no experience on this. But we managed to get everything prepare..hopefully tonite everything will go smooth....

Next week 18th Sep is my chinese ceremony. We will held it at kl my house Puchong. :)

10th yrs Dating Anniversary - 5th July 2010

Time really pass very fast. 5th of July 2010 marked our 10th yrs dating anniversary. Still remember we started dating during College time. And now.....10th yrs. But we still got a very long way to go...i believe we can do it......

This year, we have a dinner at Subang Wind Mill. Booked a table for two and we order food and drinks. I ordered chicken chop with spagethi and she order fish chop and chicken chop.. come with bread, soup, main course, jelly and coffee. Nice environment and we have a very happy dinner......... :)

Night @ DiGi Contact Centre 18 June 2010

Night @ DiGi Contact Centre was really eye opening for me. This is a program organise by Contact Centre. All DiGi staff can make an appointment to visit Contact Centre @ night. 1 day only limited to 4 participants. Only 2 section pernight. Guy will be 10pm - 3am and Girl will be 7pm to 12am. So when you reached Contact Centre at 10am, you will be guided by the team lead/ traffice controller incharge of that night. Will show you around the place, explained of what normally happen at night, what a CC staff can and cannot do. Divided into few shift and handle different call language. So we will given an opportunity to listen to the communication between customer and staff but we are not allow to said anything. 10pm - 12am, there are alot of call come in but mostly is normal call. 12am - 3am, call very less and when reach 3am onwards, alot of prank call/ nonsense call coming in. Got 1 guy call him and talk nonsense things to the cc girl..But all call was handle professionally, cc staff will repeat three time that this is not related to DiGi product and will end the call. After 3 repeat, CC Staff end the call.

The call was so frequent that cc staff will need to act fast on responding and also logging the call. None stop...i can feel the stess coming in coz sometimes the customer will ask silly question and keep on repeating the same things...if you want me to sit and talk and talk and solve customer problem..i think will go crazy....Really need to give 5 stars to DiGi CC Staff for their way on handling customer... Great WORK...........

1st day Pre-Wedding Shot - Port Dickson

Thanks god, thanks everyone..today weather is extremly good. No rain at all and the color of the sky is extremly beautiful..

Morning around 9am, wakeup and bring my car to wash. 10.15am go for a breakfast with Joan. 11.05am reached Love Vision @ SS2. Joan makeup 1st then follow by me. Around 1pm start car to Port Dickson. Myself, Joan, photographer Danny, Makeup artist Lisa and the assistant Rachel, 5 of us in a car. Around 1.45pm reached PD and start the shooting. At 1st was quite nervous and not sure how to stand but luckily Danny is there to guide us. We went for few places to shot and around 6.30pm, we kautim the shooting. So damn tired but happy :) So all of us go back SS2, around 8pm reached LV. Tomorrow another day to go...but indoor should be better coz no need to worry on the weather too much and is inside air-cond room :)

Last year kau tim house and now need to get ready with the wedding...faster get it done so can relax abit. heheehhe... sometimes i also wonder why human got so many things need to do. When we are born, we need to choose what to study, which school to go, which company to work, look for suitable wife, find a good place to settle, find a good home, so on and so on...i think until we die we still need to inform our son/daughter where to bury......why so many things need to settle one.....hehehehhehe...this is life...

dont forget, although is quite tedious but while we going thru this process, we also gain alot of sweet memory :)

80% Complete

I think almost 80% of our home is complete. Painting kautim. So on 15th July 09 go to collect our light & water heater from Top Lamp...and already make appointment with the wireman for light, fan & water heater installation on 18th July.

Above is the night we collected the light & heater..alot leh...for whole house mah..

On that day, my parent also came over. The wireman Muthi very good, he even help us to install the main switch..Developer should be the one doing. Anoter picture is the light switch. Alot leh, coz we want every 2 light will have one switch, so we can control the amount of light we want to "ON"

For internal light, we use T5 4meter cost about RM22/unit and we need 10. And most of our light is power saving light, OSRAM. Total we have is 27 units.

Fan is from Panasonic and Muthi even help us to put the curtain rod..hehehehe.. i still got 2 more BIG BIG rod havent put in, need to trouble Muthi already...

So Muthi took about 3 days to complete all the installation including heater. Total we spend for wiring, add (alot)power point (my wife very kiasi one), fan point, air con point, heater point, additional telephone point, astro point, light, fan, heater installation was only 2.2k hehehehhe but we spend about 3.2k for light and 2 heater....bankrupt liao :(

But after all the tedious work of sourcing, purchasing, moving and so on....... at last we still can................................................................................ ROCK & ROLL lar....... hehehehehehehe

CK WONG Birthday 7 July 2009

7th July 2009 is our best friend birthday. CK Wong...So we celebrate at Puchong Hee Lai Ton Restaurant. Janice already called up to book a table for "All You Can Eat Section". Means we just pay for RM23.80++ perperson and you can order as much as you can eat. We have order about 23 dishes including fruits and tong sui...Almost wanted to vomit..hehehehe

In the menu, it have almost 100 different type of dishes range from Vegetable, pork, chicken, fish, squid, crab, prawn, taufu, fry rice, dimsum, tong sui, etc...

Secret is, order part by part otherwise all the food will come at the same time and you will feel full by just looking at it..So order few 1st, makan halfway, order again.

Each person will be given a bowl of shark fin for starter..hehehehe..

Painted 1st Room

Saturday 4th July 09, Joan and I went over to our new house to try painting. We succesfuly painted our study rooms. How may hour we used to complete the room...Please guess.... you are wrong...not 2 or 3 hours but 5 hours...hehehehehe...DON'T LAUGH... 1st time is consider not bad..atlease we finished it. We start around 10am and finish around 3pm. Colour we choose is light purple (i guess) and on 5th July Sunday, we painted the next room with light orange. It only took us 4 hours with better finishing...Why...experience liao mah..

So for those who wanted to try painting, go ahead..try it..At 1st is really quite hard coz you are worrying on the result but once you see the outcome, you will be confident to go for next room.

A small study rooms used up about 4 liter of paint..... hehehehe...

But for the master bed room, living hall (1st & 2nd floor), car poarch, plaster ceiling, need expert to do it..hehehe...too big liao. Already ask my friends to quote, 1K... he is a freelancer so he dont have specific price. Market price will be around 1.8 to 2k. So this Friday, they will come to paint.

For those who leave nearby and wanted his contact, please inform me..... i can guarantee you get a cheaper price.

Really exciting, another month we will be moving to our new house. 9th August 2009.

1st Time Painting

Hahaha....this is the 1st time joan and i purchase our own paint and accesories :) We know nothing about painting. Only few minutes tutor from Youtube on painting techniques. Hopefully this Saturday, everything will go fine.

So why on sudden wanted to paint the house by ourselves and not hire professional? Because 2 things, we wanted to know what is the feel to paint our own home and secondaly, if is really hard to paint the house, then atleast when we hired professional, we will felt is worth it coz we already know how hard.

We already ask ppl to quote. RM1800 for whole house and not include paint. So joan and i went to bandar puchong puteri to shop for paint. Nippon Spot Less 5Liter about RM102 and for normal white Nippon Matex 18liter is about RM65. So we purchase some equipment as recommended by the boss. So this Saturday we will become painter..hahahahahaha.... Our 1st tin of 5liter paint is light purple. We plan to put it for our study room.

For plaster ceilings and outdoor, we plan to hired the professional. But the boss said is better to put oil base or water base sealer to the plaster ceiling before painting it. It will make sure the paint will not fall off... So wish us good luck ok.........

DiGi Party Again 2009

This time the theme is Shake It and Move It. New behavior to remember for this year, "Keep Promise", "Make It Easy", "Be Inspiring", " Be Respectful". Is not only to our internal staff but to our customer too.

On Friday 26th June 2009, Is our DiGi party of the year. This time call Shake It and Move It.
Not only it means just makan makan or play games but big relocation of department, division, desktop, locker, sitting area and so on. So on Thursday, everyone is given a few boxes to put all their things, and label their desktop (if have). On Saturday, Helpdesk Team and I start to relocate the desktop according to the new sitting arrangement. Locker and other things is incharge by my colleague.

Everyone relocated. Example, Corp Admin was in 1st floor but now we have move to Level 4.. hehehe.. no one know the plan except us... So on Monday, all the user was very surpise and exciting to look for their new place.... Some happy and some not...Y? coz some are facing mountain and nice scenery but some is facing walls.. heheheh, what to do.. all new changes is like this... Later ppl will use to it.. No need worry.

So during Friday, it was devided to 35 groups and play various games.. Around 5.30pm, all gather at Townhall for some short speech (CEO Johan) and then we proceed to makan.
This time got alot of Malaysia food to makan, roti canai, burger, lok lok, nasi lemak, mee goreng, juice, bbq lamb, boxing chicken, kajang satay, cendol, popiah, mamak goreng, kuih muih...eat until want to vomit...

1st Time Receive New House Key

At last.....is time to collect my house key from Plenitude. Appointment 9am but i woke up 7am... hehehe...to exciting... 8.45am, joan wakeup and kautim...Around 9.10am..me, joan and steve reach developer office. We received the key and all the documents and paid the RM360 maintenance fees for 6 months. Developer said we have 18months of warranty period. Any defect can call them. So we happily go to check on the house. When we reach the guard house, alot contractor stop us... All also want to do biz..i just told them let me see my house 1st...
When we reach our house No16, Jalan 5/8...we check on leakage and cracking..Luckily, very minor defects... but we still need to to do another round of indepth checking. Really exciting to go into our house. This is the 1st house for me and joan.. :)

Certificate Of Fitness - CF

At last, today we received the CF from Plenitude and it means we getting our key very very soon...Yippe... Now waiting for our bank to clear the last payment RM58,000 to the developer and then we need to pay RM360 for maintenance fees.. Once completed the payment, we can collect our key liao...hahahahahahha..... then we will be vey busy measuring the size, sourcing for suitable furniture, lighting, electrical items.. and so on... so exciting... Our 1st CF..... 26 March 2009. Yippeeee...........

StaMNPede goes East, to paint Kuantan yellow

24th March 2009, 100 of us depart from Lot 10 HQ to Kuantan Megamall.... to do what...??? to paint the town yellow again lor... this time is Kuantan..... All of us is given a yellow t-shirt. Below is our schedule:

But...we have abit delay due to raining during departure...heheheh but never stop us from going.
i reached Lot 10 around 6.30am and breakfast is ready..After makan, we went to the bus and depart from Lot 10 (2 buses). To our surprise, each of us are given RM75 for Pocket Money...I was so happy.....It was so comfortable and my side partner is Benedict from HR. He is incharge of giving internal training to all Digizen and he is a very nice guy..I'm enjoying chit chatting with him. But raining really make KL road very jam, it took us 1 hour to go out from KL and went into Kuantan highway. Chit chat and sleep awhile and we reached around 12.30pm at Megamall. Earlier we have been divided into few teams and i'm in team 8 and the area we covered is Zon C...

When we reached zon C, all of us spread around and i partner with Andy Goh from Security....We work very well together, when he approached customer, i help to talk and we signed up our 1st user.. We were so happy and full of "Ohhmmm" so we continue talking to the people in street and we do convert ppl from Celcom & Maxis line to DiGi. Atlast we approached a Malay store and we succesfully convert 7 more line to DiGi. It break our own record...Total we get is 9 line and the total line converted by who DiGi team is 160 line... We just spend 2 hours perform the stamnpede and then proceed to makan makan...

Food has been prepared, is buffet... After makan full full, we proceed to the bus again and we are given a cup of FAMOUS Kemaman Kopitiam coffee, toast and fried noddle for us to makan during journey home... So happy.. And i chat with Benedict the whole journey back to HQ. we reached HQ around 9.30pm and straight go back home OI OI.... Really happy and exciting journey...

Crazy Summer 2009

Last week 21st Feb 2009, is our Crazy Summer Trip. This time to Port Dicksons... har...Port Dicksons... do what... so boring... nothing special right.... BUT you are wrong...and i am wrong too.. Really different experinece that i never felt before. The trip is 2 days 1 night and we stay at Mayang Sari Resort located just beside Corel Resort. The trip just cost us RM160/person including one round table dinner, supper, room and all the team building games.
Our Diamond CK is our hero..he drove us from Puchong directly to Port Dicksons... thanks CK..When we reached, we check into Mayang Sari Penthouse at Level 9. Inside have 2 level, with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilet, kitchen and living hall. Extremly beautiful and MALAY feel coz all the furniture looks Malay but still look very nice.

We devided into 6 groups and our above is my group..name "Turtle" hehehehehe... From the games, we always learn to cooperate, motivate each other, help each other and solve problem together. It really make us relax and get out from our stressfull job.

My bro team and the fat fat one on the right picture is me..playing Flying Fox. Damn scary but very nice experince...i never play flying fox before... heheheheh

He is our oldest team member and he never said "no" to any exciting games. It make us motivated and never give up... There are alot of potential hidden inside us just that we never realise. If we push ourself abit more and never give up, we will open up our own potential.

I also 1st time play Tug of War.. Best experience... and another picture is to built a tower.

After games, makan lah,.. If i not mistaken, total dishes are 8. Soup, Pork, thai source fish, sotong, fish noodle fried with egg, tofu, veg and desert.. And Lou Sang too.....

Above is the view from 7th floor... you are correct, we going down from the 7th floor like the fireman.. extremly scary but nice experience. Second pic is to pretend as one family. Which funniest group will get highest mark. The last games is cannoing (kayak), i also 1st time play and really fall in love with the games. The sea is very nice and when you cannoing further away, it make you feel relax and happy.

This is our Glorious Team photo. All of them are very positive and energetic. When you get close to them, you will make yourself felt positive too.

Sometimes when we too stress with our work, take some time for a vacation and it will bring you to another stage of life. Next time if all of you want to join me, just let me know. Our team always has outdoor activity that everyone can join.

After all the activity, i have learned to think positive and never give up. Why? because all of the games will make you wanted to give up but if you just think positive and never give up.. you will complete the game. And that time, it will make you feel great. See you all next time.

Best Friend

Who is your best friend? Your schoolmate, gf, dog, childhood friend, wife...etc.For me...is my "Mum". She is the one who take care of me from children until now.

I really can't express my feelings now thru words but she is the one that can share my happiness and my sad time.When i got obstacle in my life, she will be there to guide me or to listen to me. At her side, i can be myself..i can cry infront of her..i can throw out all the unhappiness to her...She is just like "Black Hole" suck all the bad things from me and she is also like a "Light" where he shine at me and make me felt there is no obstacles that i can't break thru.

Without her, i don't think i can be a great man today.

I'm so lucky to have her as my mum.

Mum...you must stay healthy and long life forever. I love you Mum.

1st Time

As human, we do face a lot of 1st time. And last Saturday Feb 14, 2009... i received one letter from Plenitude, my 1st electrical deposit RM290, water deposit RM130, assessment (cukai pintu) RM70 and quit rent (cukai tanah) RM82.90. Total RM572.90....need to settle within 21 days. I think we will be getting our key to our new house soon.

Very exciting.........

End Of Chinese New Year 2009

Aiyaya....so fast is the last day of my 2009 Chinese New Year. This year including new year public holiday, and my own 3 days AL..i have 9 days of leave.... I really enjoy the rest and i have gain extra weight too..hehehehehehe....makan and sleep...

Next year i must give more more $$ to my parent and my parent in law and my grand mother.. i wanted them to be happy. This is my promised and i know i definetly can do it.... heheheh.. New year resolutions.

Not much things happen in 2008. The biggest things happen last year is i joined a wonderful company (DiGi), received my 1st bonus (2 months) although is pro-rated. hehehe.. i just join 4 months...

Next year (2010), when i flash back my 2009, i wanted to make sure my position in DiGi is more stable, kautim my chinese wedding and move to my new house and most important income must growth growth.

DIGI Chinese New Year Angpow

16th January 2009 is our DiGi Townhall meeting. All Digizen must attend. Around 2.15pm, all of us went over to TownHall and 2.30pm sharp we watch a simple video clip reflecting our Digi in 2008. Later CEO Johan give the speech and told us that 2009 is a tough year and all of us must work together..and remind us to collect our angpow when we go out. I thought it was just few dollars...when i open the angpow...to my surprised RM321... Really surprise. i never thought DiGi will spent so much. All digizen also received including agent, contract staff and not yey confirmed staff.... I think almost 2 to 3k staff..... But i really happy and surpise.. hehehehehehe

Our 1st House

Taman Putra Prima 4B was our 1st house. We dont have any actual plan, no experience, not much planning, not much surveying and the important is..... we dont even have enough money to buy the house and base on our salary on that time, we even cant afford to pay for the mothly installment. But we did it..... we purchased the house on the last day of December 2007. And now Dec 2008, our house finally ready and waiting for CF. Time really flyies... and we really believe in one things, Just Do It 1st and think later. If we think too much on that time, i think now i still "waiting" for a suitable time to purchase a house. But also luck to have alot of people helps and advice, so our whole journey in purchasing the house is smooth. We know nothing about purchasing a house. Everything, we just ask... we even ask many many silly questions... Who cares.....important is... we finally kautim the whole process.. If you asked me again for the process, i dont think i can said it out...

Pictures above was the show units. We attracted to this house because of the design and the feeling of owning our own home. Second pictures was taken few days after 5th Jan 2008.

And now, after 1 years....Our new house was 85% completed. Plenitude is the developer and their progress is extremly fast. Just around 1 year, our house was almost complete and we think around March 2009 we will received our house.

So friends... dont think too much.. Just Do It 1st.. Otherwise we will regret it later.

Tentera Kuning

My CEO Johan has come out a new idea again..... On 11 Nov 2008, we received an email from our CEO that we going to have WAR. Then we received alot of email talking about recruiting and joining group. One troops need to have 35 members. So i have joined Patrick Group. He is our general and im his product ~~cough~~ coach. Within 2 to 3 days from non product knowledge to training our own troops. On Monday 17 November 2008 we gather at Lot 10 DiGi HQ again. Total 26 teams going out for WAR...

Our CEO Johan giving a speech saying that DiGi Army will go out and Paint The Street In Yellow. All of us is given a yellow cap and a yellow T shirt. And said we will persuit people to switch their line to Digi thru MNP (Mobile Network Portability).... But the main idea is to create ~~awerancess~~ awareness...... Even come out a songs.

There were 26 buses waiting for us. Each team will have one Rela Person and a tour guide. We are in Group 10

I need to carry the Har Kau & Siu Mai try to do online plotting when people interested. 26 teams will go to different locations. We went to Taman Tun and Damansara Perdana. Later all of the 26 teams move to 1-Utama.

You see.... We painted the whole lobby in 1 Utama Yellow. Digi is the 1st Telco company to do this....Digi wanted to create history....... Later we went for lunch... My general chose Jack Place.
Food not bad......... In HQ.....only about 20% staff..other all went out to join the fun.. really great experinece... We even sing a songs infornt of shops....

So fast time pass.. i join Digi at 8th September 2008 and now already 24th September 2008. The things that i doing now is very different from my previous job. Last time as computer engineer lead, i just need to make sure the whole operations is running smoothly and not much of planning need to do. But now, nearly fainted... alot of planning and timeline to meet and some more need to handle project. That's y my wife complained that im talking to myself when im sleeping. This will happen when i over stress. 1st time happen when i work in CSA 3 years ago. Now in Digi pula... maybe i give myself too much stress coz i like to make sure eveything can be done correctly and fast.. that's y sometime will make myself.

But i believe i definetly can handle it.. just give me some times. i can do it.... now very excited coz my new hp is coming this friday or next monday. I use the 1000 voucher and add another 699 to buy the nokia E71.....very exciting.....

Wow, recently really alot of things to do in the office. Need to handle Helpdesk things and need to take care of my coming new role in DiGi. My new boss extremly busy so most of the things i need to handle by myself and the worst case is, im not a digizen yet until 8th September 2008. There are alot of wrong ordering and delay of distribution from the supplier and the person who handling this earlier already left. Really pengsan. Is it really need to be very fierce when handling supplier coz prevoiusly the person who handling it really very straight and fierce to the vendor.. this remind me of my ex company boss Kevin, he always tell me..if supplier fail to response, just tell them we will stop the payment or stop the order and must "$#@$$#@$" then only can kautim.. i think i got alot of things to learn but i think i can make it coz my temper also not that good, i can easily %#@T$WT$%$$%$$@% you. hehehehe... kampateh to myself and kampateh to you all.... WE CAN DO IT..... wish me luck...

Games continue after lunch and if i not mistaken the party end around 11pm. Y i not sure coz i already chow before 8pm... need to acc liangmui..hehehe later she said i didnt acc her. For dinner, Digi asked Tony Roma's to prepare the food. Got salad, spegathi, lamb, turkey, chicken and snacks. Location of the dinner? At our open car park lor... coz this is the biggest place to let everyone join the dinner. Vendor also invited to join...

The white table is where we sit. I 1st time saw this type of environment..hehehehe..memang katak bawah tempurung.. Free flow of beers...

When makan time where can left out CSA team (Digi Helpdesk). Fast fast sit down and wait for food to serve...

DiGi Party Again - Dare It Do It Digi It (Part 1)

Today DiGi HQ having their own party again. Friday where everyone working except Digizen having their big party/event again. Not sure which company will be so crazy like DiGi. Stop working for one day just to party and let all their staff to relax and enjoy. Event started 10am where all the digizen divided into 4 groups. Lord of the Rings, Pirate of the Carabiean, Harry Potter and Star Wars... Each of them has their own leader and their quest is to look for the Golden Ball for DiGi Kings (Role played by our CEO Johan).

Single’s mum struggling to survive

Today I read an article from SUN newspaper regarding Single’s mum struggling to survive. After finish reading it, my heart felt very sour and pain. With only RM1300 income need to survive and bare all the expenses of her and her 4 years old son. Her x-husband didn’t even give money to them. What type of men is this!!! Men should be responsible of what he promised and must be responsible to the family. Why can promise everything before married but can’t even fulfill the responsibility to pay the monthly expenses to his wife and son after divorce. Extremely stupid and extremely #$#@%#%$. Luckily not all men are like this……
Below are the expenses of her per month (Copied from The Sun Newspaper dated 14 August 2008)
· House rental – RM280
· Babysitter - RM270
· Utilities bills – RM100
· Phone Bill – RM80
· Child’s utilities – RM250
· Petrol – RM120
· Not yet include food

Now some more increase petrol price…… and this is a chain reaction… once petrol increase, everything increase… how can people with the income below RM2000 to survive? If this type of situation getting worse and our government didn’t do anything… we will have this type of problem…. Poor people getting poorer and rich people getting richer. There will no more middle class people (People earning 3k to 5k per month)….. Coz the living standard to high… 3k to 5k is nothing….
So plan for our own future now…. Don’t wait anymore……

This year extremly special. my birthday is o8 august and this year gam gam 080808 & olympic opening today.... very special although is chinese ghost festival...ooo......... hehehehe, nvmlar... happy is enuff.. yest nite 7 aug around 11.45pm, my super piggy liangmui give me a big big surprise, she invited all my best friends to give me a surprise.. i really dont know about it and almost want to go oi oi liao.. suddenly all of them come in. this year really special coz never celebrate my birthday on my bed.. hahahaha... thanks honey... i love you. and thanks to all my friends who came too.. this morning, all of my CSA colleague also greeting me including my best friends in penang (chee soon). Wow..i extremly happy.. last saturday and sunday 26th & 27th July 2008 i attended a function held by Britt World Wide (BWW). A motivation function to boost up self confidence. Two days for just RM100. Four section and held at MCA halls. The best things are, they sold alot of books and most of it is half price (Special Discount). I bought 7 books just RM80. Normally will be more than RM200. I also forget since when i have built up reading habit. Every morning i will read book inside my car.. y inside the car? coz normally i reached office 1 hour earlier so i will stay inside the car and read the book... Last time when i read few pages i will fall asleep, but slowly i can read up to an hour.. But the best is to read 20min per day consistenly. If read too long, you cant absorb all the things.. But i really can feel the different after starting to read this type of motivation & dream building books. Not 100% change but atlease when you talking to people, you know how to express yourself, you know how to use your body language properly, way of dressing, overcome public speaking and so on.. You can buy this type of book at Book Store as well but maybe expensive a bit. I believe reading really can help to built our thinking.. so try to read a bit ok.. no nit read few hour.. just 10min perday..consistenly.. you will build the habit of reading..You will enjoy it.... Below are the book i purchase last saturday.. Just RM80 for 7 books....

My New Company

I not very sure when is my last day in this company..still waiting for HR to calculate my leave. Should be around mid of September 08.... Joining Digi is my dream.. Y? because once i join my this company, i have been outsource to Digi HQ for three years.. From small old buildings to now gigantic beautiful buildings.. Sometimes i might thaught im a Digizen too....coz base here too long..hahahaha... Digi Office is Open Concept, no partition, no need to wear formal.. even the CXO wearing shirt and jeans to work.. Most of the time will have big big party and celebration... Last year, Digi even gave each of their staff a 2gb IPOD for free... But we are just vendor in Digi, so cant get anything.. But we are invited to all of their party...Damn nice..When big party come, there will be free flow of beer.... That's y whenDigi gave me a chance to be part of them, i straight away agree....Really like dream come trues. Below is the pictures i took during 2007 annual party that held inside Digi HQ itself.

Tough Day's

Today, is one of the toughest day of my life. I have accepted an offer from other company and need to give big envelope to my current boss. This is my second time in my carrier to give big envelope to my boss. Really feel very very bad. Y feel bad? Because my current boss treat me very good and have promoted me frm a normal engineer to a team lead. But this new company have offer me a vey good package and something that i dream of doing.... more to management.... But what to do, any how also need to break the bad news to my boss. I will go over to see him in the afternoon. Wish me luck.......

Kwan Yin Buddha

Hehehe, on 26th June 2008 i received my 1st performance bonus after few years working in CSA. hahahaha... only 0.5 somoemore my big boss said this time is the highest... im happy and sad when received this bonus. Happy bcoz 1st time received bonus, sad bcoz really too less if compare to other company.. But anyway, it helps alot too. I have been planning to buy a kwan yin buddha for my new house. Spotted 1 long time ago but not yet have a house and budget problem so decided to buy later. I plan to use my saving to buy it 1st on July 2008 coz worry other people might buy it 1st. Mana tau, suddenly CSA announce got performance bonus.. hahaha.. used up RM1040 to buy Kwan Yin.. Hehehe. Luckily got membership card so got discount 20%. Original price was RM1300. I really like this kwan yin very much so i buy it instally without feeling heart pain. Although this is not the one i spotted earlier but the look is exactly the same. Only more decoration and bigger abit. But i really love it very much. The kwan yin smile is very gentle and the whole outlook can make you feel very peaceful and calm. Make from China. I think is ceramic coz really very heavy.

Sleep sleep

Yesterday after making dinner, around 9pm we went up to our room. Liangmui was doing something, i cant really remember.. i was very tired, so told liangmui that i just rest a while.. mana tau..when i wakeup, it's already 6.30am....Not surprise right....ya..for normal ppl, maybe not surprise..but my case was very different...Normally if i didnt bath and continue sleeping, liangmui will start to come out annoying sound and disturb me until i wakeup and bath.. But today, to my surprise, i succesfully sleep until morning without bath... hahahahhaa...so as normal, i bath, brush teeth, wash face and change and as normal, i go over to give liangmui a kiss before i go to work.. then only i found out the answer to my doubt... she also fainted until this morning without taking her bath.. hahahahhahahaha...

Anyway, lucky got liangmui, otherwise my bed will become tong sampah coz i always fainted on my bed...hahahahahaha....

Crazy Summer Camp - Selesa Resort

Last Sat and Sun 5th July 2008 , we have alot of funs at Selesa Resort. Duno where is it? is just on the way to Kuantan using Karak Highway. Another 20min will reach Bukit Tinggi. Really nice environement, fresh air and alot nice team building games. Thanks to all the team leader who setup this camp. really nice and exciting and also can built our team works. On Sat, we start our around 10am after finished our breakfast. It take around 1 and half hours to reached due to bad traffic Jam at panda indah (normal lar...really hate that jam). Reached around 12pm. Check in to M2L3 apartment, 3 rooms and 6ppl. Rooms not bad, and fully air-con. After that gather at recep around 1.30pm. Around 90ppls attend that camp.. If i not mistaken, around 2pm we start our team building games. really excited with those games. Most of it required team works. and our team is call X-Men.. hahaha, other group is call sailormoon, ninja, ironman, popeye and robin hood. Around 7.00 pm we have dinner at Restoran Garden View. Nice food..around 6 dishes. Around 8pm we have our gathering again, this time each group need to think out one funny stories and act it out. hahahaha. really enjoy.. then around 10pm me, joan, suyee, selina all went back and have our nice cup of nescafe with 3 types of different bread for supper. really enjoy.. then i go out walk walk with joan until 12pm and go back oioi.... i think i we leave on this type of environment, life will be longer.. hahahah. Morning around 7am, i go out to take breakfast for my house mate. nasi lemak and meehon. around 7.50am gather again and we go to the team building area which specially setup by the hotel. Alot of exciting games that i never play before. later you can view the photo. One of the games is to cross the long rope over the poll.. hahaha... very tired but fun and good experinece. Before we go back, we have our dinner and went back around 3pm. Sailormoon got 1st prize....... hehehehehe... i got nothing. but i enjoy myself.. hahahah

8th Dating Aniversary

5/7/2008 was liangmui and i 8th years anniversary. 8th years ago on 5/7/2000 that i propose to liangmui to be my gf and she agreed...hehehe..so fast 8th years already. i always love to give liangmui surprises, duno y, just feel happy and syok when see her reaction. hehehe. I have been searching the internet for flower design and been collecting informations such as lingmui office address.. hehehe..i very clever one, i just browse the internet and search for M$ and can get the internet lor.. But the design that i want, that florist aunty said no one sent this type of design wor.. so i trust her lor.. she more experience mah.. but to order this flower really quite challenging... y? Monday i went over, shop already half closed but i still manage to get the name card. tuesday call up to the florist to make appointment but she said can wait for me until 6.30pm... i work at shah alam.. where can make it.. no choice..take el 1 hour earlier and succesfully reach puchong florist around 5.30pm.... order the flower, write the card and bayar.... the florist aunty also said...wah...so sweet..after 8th years still sent flower...i told her, only like this our relation can grew stronger....
Atlast, liangmui sms me said she received the Madona Lily this morning. and said very love it and surprise... see... men is like this, do so much thing just to let her love one shock for few minutes.. hahaha.. but for me.. i think is worth it.. If i got more $$$, i have more more idea.. nvm, i believed i will have the chance to have alot $$$..... Future is in our hand but dont forget, with love only will come $$$.
Dont forget to do something romantic for your love one. Big or small not a matter, important is the heart........

Yesterday my super hardworking liangmui said dowan to eat outside, she want to eat gon lou maggi... Nevermind, somemore ask me to cook..hahahaha.. luckily i learn it from my mum earlier so....sap sap sui... After 20min, atlast kautim... although it is very simple but it really bring back alot memories. Really remind me alot of my family... hehehe.. Most of the times, when i face difficulty, i will start praying to the god. I will tell all my problems to God and most of the times, it really works. People said " seong kin hoe, thong jue lan" really very ngam.... Dont understand? Means see each other is easy but when stay under one roof, alot problems will appear. For myself, i very simple.. i just want whole family to leave as one faimily. I'm not the one who stand at your side or other ppl side. i just want peace and whole family in harmony. No people is perfect, sure has pro and con but the easiest way to deal with it is dont take it too serious. No one will leave together forever even husban and wife. We wont know what will happen tomorrow, so we must really treat everyday as the last day of everything. Any of the family member not happy, who will be the most painful? Who? Certainly the one who built this family. Anyone got think before or not????? Like what kungfu Panda said.... Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is future but Today is "Present"... why it call Present, because it is a GIFT.. so enjoy it... and dont think of the history anymore.
